EF-NEX IV

 

VILTROX EF-NEX IV is the fourth generation electronic adapter produced by VILTROX, two main features are added on EF-NEX IV:

 

- Integrated USB port for adapter firmware update , VILTROX will update the firmware regularly.

- Manual switch to change between CDAF and PDAF mode

 

# To change AF mode, adapter should be detached from camera, switch to desired AF mode on EF-NEX IV, then attach adapter again.

 

VILTROX will upgrade the firmware regularly .

CDAF/PDAF modes

a) PDAF (phase detection auto focus ): Shorten the focus distance to speed up focusung process , focus speed is faster ; 

b) CDAF (contrast detection auto focus）: By moving the lens glass to make the image in the focusing area clearner ,focus success rate is higher .
